Poem: Unto None Else

To bind the songbird

and strip it's feathers

to then call this the law of God,

an arrow that both pierces and poisons.

Blind in both eyes.

  1. Beautiful. Your poems are so powerful, especially when you manage to use so few words. I wish you could give me lessons in how to be more concise!! 🤪 (Irish people aren’t generally known for their brevity…) Anyway, well done!! x
