Poem: Circling the house, removed from kingdom

All these forms of worship
amongst obsolete objects
a cube, a cross, gelignite or drone
yet my devotion is dynamic
I sift through ashes
to find teeth.
Belief- the sweetest science
akin to the virtues of memory
for example;
I saw the waves as sleepy,
lazy, lapping the lip of the shore
you saw something worthy
sacred, blue almighty,
moving in motion of flow
thus a shared memory is never equal
and belief repeated morphs into magic or miracle.
I am not lost!
I just don’t know where I am going
that itself is a form of knowing.
